What we store
- Account email and the display name you set

- Drawings and PDFs you upload so PG AI can read them

Where it goes
Uploads and project data are sent over HTTPS to ProjectGuider’s application servers so extraction, estimates, and collaboration can run. Data is not stored only on your phone. It is not published on the public website.
Who sees it
People you invite to a project or organization. ProjectGuider staff only when you report a problem that requires support.
Your control
You can delete projects from the app. Closed or trashed items are removed after 30 days. To request full account deletion, use Settings → Delete account in the app, or email [email protected].
Law
We follow Canadian privacy rules (PIPEDA). We will update this page if the hosting location changes.
