Coordinate PM + Senior Tech / Site Lead visit
Get the right people on site together with the latest drawings and survey notes. Confirm access, parking, loading, working hours, PPE and the on-site contact.
Walkthrough with installers and technical leads
This is where drawings meet reality. Walk every location with the people who will install. Confirm mounting points, cable routes and sequence of work. Update drawings the same day.
